Mark Levin goes nuts over the politically motivated indictment of Texas Gov. Rick Perry by Partisan Democrat DA
A chief justice for NYS once famously said a district attorney, “a grand jury can indict a ham sandwich!” Meaning that the process is not like a regular court trail whereby both sides present a case.
