Remember how the Left used to call Karl Rove “Bush’s brain?” Well, Obama’s brain is his teleprompter and he regularly flubs up without it telling him exactly what to say.

Now, I would be the first to say that George Bush was one of the worst White House communicators in decades — but in all honesty, W. is better in an unscripted situation than Obama. You think Obama could have pulled off that “bullhorn moment” with those firemen in the rubble of the World Trade Center? Not in a million years.
