Deranged by moonbattery, Chevron has been running ads calling on people to use less of its product, as if the company is run by mental defectives who actually believe the inane slogan “Energy Saved Is Energy Found.” The campaign features pictures like this:

This idiocy may have exerted influence on Vladimir Putin, who has been finding energy by saving it by choking off the supply of natural gas to Europe during an extremely cold winter (so much for global warming). For applying the Chevron slogan so dramatically, the Competitive Enterprise Institute nominates Putin for Chevron’s Man of the Year.
