Samantha Power Rejoins the Obama Team
Written By : Van Helsing

Remember Samantha Power, the ultra-left screwball who publicly equated waterboarding guys like 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed with genocide? She was considered a key Obama advisor, but got tossed off the campaign team for being conspicuously nuts. Now — with the election safely over — she’s back:

Power is listed on Obama’s transition Web site as part of the team reviewing national security agencies. Her duties, according to the site, will be to “ensure that senior appointees have the information necessary to complete the confirmation process, lead their departments, and begin implementing signature policy initiatives immediately after they are sworn in.”

This means she’ll be working closely with Shrillary — whom she denounced as a “monster” during the campaign. Hopefully the two will be too busy gouging each other’s eyes to apply their deranged ideology to our foreign policy.

If Shrillary doesn’t bite her throat out, Power should have a future in the Obamination Administration, as this “could pave the way for Power to reemerge as a key adviser for the new president after being barred for months from appearing on television as a foreign policy surrogate for Obama.”

Who will be next to crawl out from under the bus and into the White House?
