Mother Left ‘Shocked’ & ‘in Tears’ by School Awards Ceremony: ‘This Is the Kind of Trash That Is Being Taught in Our Schools’

I am, among many things, a mom. I have 3 great kids who attend primary and secondary schools in the state of Washington. When I read this story, I had to read it twice. And then I had to throw up. This is so disgusting, and so wrong, and so immoral… there are not words enough for what these so called “educators” were thinking by exposing minor children to these sorts of things. :  A parent stated : “I sat there with my mouth open in shock and the final straw was when a joke was told on stage about a teacher, a lawyer and a priest on a plane,” the unidentified parent wrote to KOMO.

“The plane was going down and the teacher says we have to save the children. The attorney says ‘F*** the children!’ and the priest says ‘OOOOH..Do we have time for that???’” A little more here at The Blaze: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/06/04/mother-left-shocked-and-in-tears-at-school-awards-ceremony-this-is-the-kind-of-trash-that-is-being-taught-in-our-schools/ :  :

A Washington state parent is speaking out after she was left stunned by a school awards ceremony that she said featured profanity, inappropriate jokes and a box of sex toys.

…In her email to KOMO, she provided more details, saying vulgar language was used throughout the program and contended that some of the awards were inappropriate for children. One category she said was titled “the horniest stud,” and featured a box of sex toys as the prize. Another category was for the “horniest girl,” according to KOMO.

“WE need to get the word out there that THIS is the kind of TRASH that is being taught in our schools. I am so shocked right now I am in tears,” the parent said in her email.

Really? An awards ceremony for a graduating class is about pomp and circumstance. It is supposed to be a serious event that children: will treasure as they make their way into adulthood. It: is supposed to have class, and decorum. Let’s all keep a more vigilant watch on the teachers teaching techniques, because these are the future doctors, lawyers, politicians, and most importantly, citizens of this great Nation. :  Also See: http://www.rightwingnews1.wpenginepowered.com/quotes/67625/
