I‘m as big a fan of “A Band of Brothers” as the next guy. I thought it was fabulous. And I don’t say that about many “war movies”. And I’m as pleased as I can be that two of that band, William Guarnere and Edward Heffron, both in their 80s, have written a book about their experiences, entitled “Brothers in Battle: Best of Friends,” recently published by the Berkley Publishing Group. I’ll probably buy it and look forward to reading it.
And I even thought the article about them and their book was pretty darn good – except for one line. This one:
