The club of corrupt dictators to which Comrade Obama will soon sacrifice American sovereignty has launched an investigation into human rights abuses in the USA. Our crime? Not forcing enough people to pay for other people’s housing:

For those of you who have never even heard of a “Special Rapporteur,” you may be surprised to find out that one has been appointed by the United Nations (UN), under a special mandate from the UN Human Rights Council (the successor to the corrupt and anti-Israel UN Commission on Human Rights), to open a probe — for the first time ever — into human rights violations by the United States because of a perception that there isn’t enough affordable public housing in urban areas.

Socialist thugs like those running the UN Human Rights council don’t believe in real rights — the right of free speech, the right to own property, the right to bear arms, etc. They believe in special privileges that cannot possibly be rights because they violate the rights of others. A prime example is Comrade Obama’s belief, stated openly in a presidential debate before he was elected, that you have a “right” to have the government confiscate someone else’s property to pay for your healthcare. Another example is the “right” to housing on other people’s dime.

If you don’t have a right to your own property — not the property the government hands you after stealing it from its rightful owner, but the property you earned — you have no rights at all, but only favors that bureaucrats can grant or rescind. A pig at a hog farm is granted a stall by the farmer. But the pig doesn’t own the stall; the farmer owns it, and owns the pig too. When it suits the farmer’s purposes, the free stall and free pig slop disappear, and the pig is made into pork chops.

Since America’s rulers have not yet succeeded in reducing us to the level of pigs on a hog farm, our country must weather the righteous judgment of a human rights committee whose members include bastions of liberty like communist China, Cuba, and Saudi Arabia.

Special Rapporteurs can only conduct their sanctimonious show trials in countries that invite them in. Now who would want to see America denounced to the World Community for not being sufficiently collectivist? Here’s a clue — he looks kind of like this:

By the way, one quarter of the UN’s budget is expropriated from American taxpayers.
