Hannah Ferguson is a beautiful Sports Illustrated swimsuit model… and she loves guns. She wholeheartedly supports gun rights and the right to protect yourself. A millennial that’s a constitutionalist… who knew? I’m sure Sports Illustrated probably doesn’t approve, but this young woman has the courage of her convictions and is speaking out. She believes guns are misunderstood and I agree. She learned about firearms at a young age – good for her.
From Young Conservatives:
In a recent interview with FOX411, Ferguson says she learned how to shoot with pellet guns at a young age. Since then, she believes learning about firearms has shaped her perspective and might help others who “misunderstand” guns:
“I feel like it’s good to have gun knowledge. I feel like a lot of people are scared of guns. They think they’re bad and they really don’t know anything about it.”
That said, Ferguson remains firm that there should be some sort of check on people’s mental stability before purchasing guns in America:
“I don’t think they should be taken away from people because any bad person who wants to find a gun is going to find a way to get it and then what? We don’t have a way to protect ourselves? I feel like people should get more knowledge and understanding.”
Ferguson comes from good stock… both parents were Marines. I’m sure they are beyond proud of their girl. Looking beyond the glamour and sex, Hannah is smart and capable. She’s all for the Second Amendment with the caveat of checking a person’s mental stability before giving them a gun. That’s an argument for another day. But for now, she’s got it mostly right and proves that there is still hope out there for the younger generation of Americans. She’ll be quite a catch for someone someday.
