CHILLING PLAN Has Been Introduced – Give Obama Power To Determine…

If Liberals and Progressives could change the Constitution, just to get rid of Trump, they would consider that a two birds with one stone kind of move…Unfortunately, they are pressing the accelerator on the matter.

If you’ve never heard of Earl Blumenauer from Oregon, he’s the guy that somehow got elected to Congress and is going about saying that he would like to introduce a bill to modify[1] the 25th Amendment so that former presidents could label Trump mentally unfit for office. Really though, a pathetic plan.

A House Democrat has presented legislation to heighten the Constitution’s presidential removal process in response to anxiety over President Trump’s style of doing things. Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) filed the bill during the House’s two-week April recess to endow former presidents and vice presidents of either major party, with that removal crap.

CT has the explanation:

“The bill would clarify (read: “alter”) the 25th Amendment, which deals with presidential succession. The amendment says that if the president is unable to carry out his duties, the vice president and a majority of the cabinet could remove him. However, that’s not good enough for Blumenauer.”

Here’s Blumenauer in his own idiotic words:

“Because the cabinet can be fired by the president, there is a natural bias that would make them reluctant to acknowledge the president’s inability to serve. It’s time to revisit and strengthen the Amendment and make sure there is a reliable mechanism in place if the president becomes unable to discharge the powers and duties of office.”

So, this idiot Democrat is looking to give all the power to Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Al Gore, Joe Biden, Walter Mondale and both Father and Son Bush…nothing will come of this. But let the desperate make fools of themselves.
