Global Warming Is Making Flowers Lose Their Pretty Smell

Now that the global warming hoax has completely divorced itself from reality, anything is possible — even the fantasy that due to the nonexistent crisis, flowers are losing their scent:
A rose may stop smelling like a rose.
This is the concern of environmentalists as flowers are losing their scent due to climate change and air pollution. And their fragrance may be lost forever.
Apparently news that it hasn’t gotten any warmer in the last decade and a half hasn’t reached Malaysia, were Professor Abdul Latif Mohamad proclaims that genetically modified flowers are needed because
“The aroma producing chemical compounds in flowers dry up faster now compared with before.”
How’s this for outlandish hubris:
He said Malaysians could no longer rely on nature to heal itself without the help of science.
In turn, science can’t do much without guidance (and massive infusions of other people’s money) from Big Government:
“Both policy-makers and researchers need to work hand in hand to strengthen forest genetics, breeding and conservation.”
It makes you wonder how nature survived for all those years before the pseudoscientific-bureaucratic complex learned it could tax and regulate us into a hole in the name of saving it.
