Lawyer Of Migrant Who Live-Streamed Raping Young Girl Says Client ‘Did Not Understand’ It Was Rape

This is unadulterated bull crap.[1] A lawyer for an Islamist refugee in Sweden who filmed the rape of a young woman on Facebook Live is now claiming that the guy didn’t understand it was rape. Really? You mean the 20 year-old yelling, “No, stop!” wasn’t a clue? Emil Khodagholi was convicted earlier this year of the crime and the beast only got six months. That’s a crime all in itself. But his scummy lawyer is trying to get that overturned in the Swedish Supreme Court. He also says his client didn’t get that the actions of the other two men, 21 year-old Reza Mohammed Ahmadi and 18 year-old Maysam Afshar, were rape. Get real.

And bonus, the bottom feeding attorney claims his client is mentally impaired. Not going to work… although in Sweden, then again maybe it will. They’ve basically fallen to the Caliphate there. After this dirt bag was arrested, another young woman came forward to accuse one of these guys in the video of sexual assault. She was raped 15 months before the livestream event while she was taking a shower in her apartment. Freaking animals. They should just execute them and be done with it.

The lawyer for a migrant who filmed the rape of a young girl in Sweden and broadcast it on a Facebook livestream claims his client was not aware his actions were rape.

Andreas Welin, the lawyer for Emil Khodagholi who was convicted earlier this year of defamation for filming the rape of a young Swedish woman and broadcasting the footage on Facebook, made the claim in an effort to have his client’s six-month sentence overturned. Mr Welin says he will take the case to the Swedish supreme court, Dagens Juridik reports.

Mr Welin wrote that the case will attempt to raise “several questions about what actually constitutes an offence, which criteria must be considered to obligate someone to reveal rape.”

He added that his client did not understand at the time that the actions of the other two men, 21-year old Reza Mohammed Ahmadi and 18-year-old Maysam Afshar, were rape. The lawyer also argued that Mr Khodagholi suffers from a mental handicap which could have impaired his ability to properly judge the situation.

All three of these rapist refugees were put on trial earlier this year. They received prison sentences ranging between six months and two years, four months. The two men involved directly in the rape were refugees. Khodagholi comes from Iran and has already been granted Swedish citizenship. It should be revoked. The prosecutor in the case decided not to pursue deportation in the case of the two asylum seekers, who had both come to Sweden as unaccompanied minors. Defence lawyer Stefan Wallin claimed such actions would have violated the Swedish Aliens Act. So very stupid.

This isn’t the first attack like this by any means either. A similar rape was broadcast on Snapchat. One man was later arrested by police in connection with the rape. These beasts are getting light sentences if any at all and let back out there to rape again. Sweden has lost their ever-loving mind. There’s no way they don’t know what rape is – they just feel it’s their right as men and as Muslims.
