Sex Ed in the Locker Room: Obama’s DOE Mandates that Schools Have Mixed Sex Showers

I just can’t stand it.[1] Obama’s Department of Education has ordered the Palatine School District, located in Chicago’s suburbs, to allow a male transgender student into the girl’s locker room and into their showers. How about it Chicago – is this what you want for your children? If they don’t do as the DOE demands, they will cut off their funding which would probably shut down the school. I say let them. If you have to shut the school down over this, it is worth it. How do you think your daughters feel about this? Get your kids out of the public school system whatever it costs you. This will only get worse.

The Obama Department of Education has ordered the Palatine school district to allow a male transgender student into the girls locker room and showers.

The DOE threatened to cut off funding if the transgender student was not given locker room privileges.

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights has ordered a taxpayer-funded school district in the suburbs of Chicago to allow a male transgender student who dresses like a girl and otherwise identifies as female to use the girls locker room and shower on school premises.

The feds delivered the edict against Township High School District 211 in Palatine, Ill. on Monday, the Chicago Tribune reports.

The Department of Education has given the school district one month to let the student use the girls locker room. If the district does not capitulate, it risks losing federal funding.

The Department of Education’s civil rights division made its Title IX ruling after a two-year investigation using a “preponderance of evidence” standard.

And how long do you think it will be until a girl is raped because of these insane rules? Or their pictures in the buff show up on the Internet? Obama’s Department of Education — which manifestly is not vested with judicial powers — has taken to applying Title IX, a comprehensive 1972 federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, to transgender cases. The school has one month to comply with this monstrous demand or else. This has been coming for two years. Parents weren’t given a say on what they wanted here. Nope, some screwed up kid who can’t identify with his sock drawer has now bullied an entire school into perversion. Nice. Have some stones and stand up to these tyrants. Obama has turned our schools into violent freak shows where our children are hunted and abused. And you can also thank the communist ACLU for pushing this travesty. Can we please stop calling this boy a girl? His anatomy makes him a boy no matter what he ‘prefers.’ I’m against Sex Ed period, but I sure as heck don’t want my kids walking into the school shower and getting an anatomy lesson the hard way.
