Thought she was gone? Jill Stein and Green Party to try new tricks [VIDEO]

The Internet was ablaze last night with the terrific news that Jill Stein was dropping the recount bid in Pennsylvania. Everyone thought, well now we can get on with Trump’s presidency. Especially since Stein has no standing to call for a recount in the state. However, the joy was short-lived. Having failed with the state courts in Pennsylvania, Stein and the commie Green Party are now going to file in federal court. Monday, they will file an emergency federal court order for a recount in that state.

The group for Stein in Pennsylvania who filed for the recount are saying there is no way they can afford the $1 million bond required by the court there to proceed. Gee, Stein raised $6.9 million for this recount business, is that gone already? Interesting. How do you spell scam? I didn’t think any of this nonsense in Wisconsin, Michigan or Pennsylvania would play out. But this Clinton shill has managed to force recounts in both Wisconsin and in Michigan. Now, she is changing her strategy in Pennsylvania. I just pray she does not find a liberal judge tomorrow that will permit this move.

From Fox News:

Hours after a Green Party-backed campaign dropped its case in state courts they announce a change to their strategy to force a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s Nov. 8 presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump, and said late Saturday night that it will seek help in the federal courts, rather than the state courts.

The campaign announced that it would seek an emergency federal court order on Monday for a recount.

“Make no mistake — the Stein campaign will continue to fight for a statewide recount in Pennsylvania,” recount campaign lawyer Jonathan Abady said in a statement issued a little before midnight. “We are committed to this fight to protect the civil and voting rights of all Americans.”

Abady said barriers to a recount in Pennsylvania are pervasive and the state court system is ill-equipped to address the problem.

Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein, raised over $6.9 million to fund recount efforts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Stein framed the issue as an effort to explore whether voting machines and systems had been hacked and the election result manipulated. Despite Stein’s lawyers having offered no evidence of hacking in Pennsylvania’s election.

The state Republican Party and Trump asked for a dismissal in the state court case.

Pennsylvania has not gone red for a Republican candidate since Reagan in 1988. Right now, Trump leads in the state by 49,000 votes. There is no way it could flip for Clinton and they know it. So the trick here is to stall the Electoral votes. Regardless of what will happen, Trump will become president. But they are looking to undermine his presidency, as well as the Electoral College.

Stein is claiming that she wants to make sure the votes were safe and secure… insinuating there was hacking that took place. Again, another virtual impossibility as those voting machines are ‘air gapped’. They are plugged into the wall and are not on the Internet. They aren’t even on a network. To hack them, you’d have to gain entry to each individual machine. There is no way that happened. However, it is more than plausible there was voting fraud on the Democrat’s side with illegal aliens, identity theft and the zombie vote.

This has never happened in the state of Pennsylvania. Even a lawyer for the Green Party has acknowledged that the effort is without precedent in the state. Republican lawyers also argued that the case has threatened the state’s ability to certify its presidential electors by the December 13th federal deadline. On Saturday, a GOP lawyer, Lawrence Tabas, said the case had been meant “solely for purposes to delay the Electoral College vote in Pennsylvania for President-elect Trump.” This is also what is happening in Wisconsin and Michigan.

The state’s top elections official, Secretary of State Pedro Cortes, a Democrat, has said there was no evidence of any sort of cyberattacks or irregularities in the election. Cortes predicted that a recount would change few votes. So, I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow in front of a federal judge. These people are playing with fire here. Americans won’t stand for their fairly elected President to be treated like this.
