To fundamentally transform America into its opposite, social engineers must transform our conception of our nation. In part this is accomplished by rewriting history so that it supports the liberal narrative of evil white individualists (a.k.a. capitalists) oppressing saintly dark-skinned collectivists.
The College Board is preparing to release the final revision of its Advanced Placement examination for US history. This excerpt makes the objective clear:
“Students should be able to explain how various identities, cultures, and values have been preserved or changed in different contexts of U.S. history, with special attention given to the formation of gender, class, racial, and ethnic identities. Students should be able to explain how these subidentities have interacted with each other and with larger conceptions of American national identity.”
The Frankfurt School couldn’t have come up with a better definition of cultural Marxism, the strategy by which America’s core culture is destroyed through the fetishization of alienated subcultures.
The medical equivalent of putting this stuff in kids’ heads would be hooking them up to an IV filled with used motor oil.
Daniel Henninger explains how this pernicious, purposely subversive ideology came to be accepted:
It happened because weak school administrators and academics empowered tireless activists who forced all of American history and life through the four prisms of class, gender, ethnicity and identity. What emerged at the other end was one idea—guilt. I exist, therefore I must be guilty. Of something.
Being a product of the core American culture is the progressive version of original sin. Leftists have used their control of the education system to turn schools into churches that worship their ideology.
