The bureaucrats eating our country alive have countless ways to waste our money. Yet in the end, they only spend it on one thing: eradicating freedom. For example, New York City’s Mayor for Life is spending money on ads urging restrictions on our Second Amendment rights lest al Qaeda gain access to firearms:
An ominous television ad commissioned by Mayor Bloomberg will soon blanket the airwaves — warning that Al Qaeda could exploit the so-called “gunshow loophole.”
Bloomberg’s anti-gun alliance raises the alarm that terror thugs may be trying to buy powerful firearms within the U.S.
The 30-second ad, which debuts Tuesday, uses images from a June 3 video released by Al Qaeda that features its American-born spokesman Azzam Al-Amriki urging would-be jihadists to obtain their guns here.
“This is a golden opportunity,” said Al-Amriki. “America is absolutely awash with easily obtainable firearms.”
The ad doesn’t mention whether the Obama Administration is helping Muslim terrorists acquire and smuggle the guns, as it has been doing for Mexican drug cartels in an attempt to lend support to exactly this line of propaganda.
Terror suspects have purchased 1,300 guns in the last seven years, the feds claim. Imagine how many guns law-abiding Americans have purchased — especially since the terrifying election of Barack Hussein Obama. Considering that all Muslims need is a few box cutters to kill us by the thousands, I’d say the Second Amendment favors the good guys.
Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto is said to have said,
“You cannot invade mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind each blade of grass.”
Yamamoto, Michael Bloomberg, the Obama Misadministration, and al Qaeda could all agree that it would help advance their agendas if Americans citizens weren’t armed.
