Hillary Throws Obama Under The Bus – BLAMES HIM For 2016 Loss

It was sad when Hillary said that she might go as a President for Halloween, but she keeps outdoing herself.

In an interview with Hugh Hewitt this morning, Hillary Clinton said that she was having trouble running on a platform of change, because Obama had just finished his own two terms, saying that, “It is true that when you run to succeed a two-term president of your own party, you have a historical headwind blowing against you.” Oh, yes, that was Hillary’s problem. Obama was just too successful and there was no way that she could adequately distinguish herself.

“I was proud to serve in the Obama administration. I did not agree with everything that President Obama decided, but on balance, I really think he did what had to be done to rescue the economy, which as we all remember, was in desperate straits.”

She said that it was easy to convince people that she agreed with Obama (on what, corruption?), but it was difficult to message to voters that she was also looking to “put forth an agenda for change.”

So, that brings the list of people to blame for Hillary’s loss on: Female voters, the Russians, a green frog, Wisconsin for existing and Barack Obama’s success.

Last spring, we talked about how Hugh Hewitt viewed Trump’s first 100 days in office, where he called it a “sea change,” saying that while the first 50 days were a “jumble of ups and downs,” he has been on “an almost uninterrupted momentum,” praising his actions on Syria, Afghanistan and North Korea. He did identify that the one nagging, hanging issue was that of ObamaCare. In the last few months, holdouts like John McCain have made it almost impossible for bills that would begin the dismantling of the program to go through and have been refusing to play nice.

Hillary’s book describing her loss was called What Happened despite an apparent fight between Bill and his beloved wife. Bill said that the only possible answer to the book’s title was “You lost, that’s what happened” and that it made her look “angry and confused.” Allegedly, a family friend of the Clintons said that Bill threw his copy of the book into the trash and it set off silence between the two that has only been broken by the lawyers that they speak through. Author Ed Klein wrote that Bill felt that Hillary was running a “tone deaf” campaign that completely ignored the cost of economic collapse on working class Americans. Hillary never bothered much with talking about the economy and now I guess we know that it’s because she felt Obama did such an amazing job with it that there was nothing left to criticize.
