Oh, this is rich… Fox News has uncovered a video where Hillary Clinton is lecturing her State Department staff on cyber security in 2010. Bwa ha ha ha ha ha! What is this? Do as I say, not as I do? Clinton cited a ‘special duty’ to prevent against cyber attacks. Words fail me.
She gave this hypocritical speech during the period she was using her private email server and giving access to classified information to every enemy on the planet who could hack in… which was pretty much everyone. She gave examples of types of cyber attacks and how systems can be hacked. She told staffers to log onto the internal cybersecurity awareness website or subscribe to the “cybersecurity awareness newsletter.” Hmmm… she must have forgotten to subscribe herself. Oops.
“Protecting our cyber infrastructure and digital networks has to be a matter of national security,” she said. “I think this is a responsibility we all share as Americans. But as State Department employees we have a special duty to guard ourselves and our sensitive information.” All of you that is, but not Hillary herself. Gee, it’s another ‘hypocritical’ moment.
From BizPac Review:
Hillary Clinton is seen in a newly obtained video lecturing her State Department staff to do exactly what she was not doing herself.
The 2010 video, which was obtained by FoxNews.com, shows then-Secretary of State Clinton warning staff about cyber security attacks and their “special duty” to protect against them.
“The real key to cybersecurity rests with you,” Clinton said. “Complying with department computing policies and being alert to potential threats will help protect all of us.”
Clinton delivered the video message, pointing to the important work the State Department Bureau of Diplomatic Security and IT department do to guard against attacks, at a time when she was using a private email server to conduct State Department business.
“Hillary Clinton needs only to look into the mirror to find the biggest cyber security risk,” House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz told FoxNews.com. That’s the understatement of the decade. Of course, Clinton would sell her soul to anyone with enough money. Giving away national security details is just a perk. Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon said these types of warnings were “more than appropriate” at the time. Just not for Clinton herself or anyone surrounding her evidently.
Clinton concluded in the video message: “Together we can do our part to improve the security of the State Department and of our nation.” I agree! We could start by putting the Hildabeast in prison. That would be a great way to do ‘our part’. This is the very definition of ironic.
