BREAKING: Saudi Arabia Just Gave Ivanka Trump an INCREDIBLE Gift!

In a move being widely lauded, both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are contributing $100 million towards the World Bank’s Women Entrepreneurs Fund in honor of Ivanka Trump. On the face of this, it seems like a noble gesture and a step in the right direction, but with the Middle East, there are always strings attached. I have to say it makes me very uncomfortable. Ivanka pointed out that it was progress on the road to empowering women in the Middle East, but there is a long way to go. That is true.

Remember, Saudi Arabia forbids women to drive or go out in public without a male escort. Sexes are strictly segregated and women are required to cover up in public. There is also a whole etiquette of what can be said to both men and women and touching is forbidden. Ivanka has her work cut out for her. But the Muslim leaders seemed to be warmly inclined towards her and her proposals. We will see.

Two Arab countries have pledged to donate $100 million towards a fund designed for women entrepreneurs proposed by the president’s eldest daughter and adviser Ivanka Trump, according to a report.

Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates will contribute $100 million towards the World Bank’s Women Entrepreneurs Fund, which Ivanka proposed, the Wall Street Journal reported.

ABC News reported that World Bank president Jim Yong Kim announced the countries’ pledge at a Sunday event on women’s economic empowerment with Ivanka.

At the event, Ivanka praised Saudi Arabia for making “progress” as a nation towards empowering women, but she added that “there’s still a lot of work to be done.”

“Saudi Arabia’s progress, especially in recent years, is very encouraging but there’s still a lot of work to be done and freedoms and opportunities to continue to fight for,” she said. “The stories of Saudi women, such as yourselves, catalyzing change, inspire me to believe in the possibility of global women’s empowerment.”

Ivanka, along with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, proposed the idea for the $1 billion fund to the World Bank, USA Today reported. Anything Merkel touches makes me cringe in the extreme. The proposed fund would be controlled entirely by the World Bank, which means Ivanka would not be involved in the fund’s management or solicit funds for the initiative, but she would remain an advocate for the project, Bloomberg Politics reported.

Ivanka Trump attended a roundtable on women’s economic empowerment while the First Lady visited a school and an all-women business center. The President’s daughter and adviser referred to herself as a “female leader within the Trump administration” in discussing her work on women’s issues in the United States and globally. In Rome, Ivanka will turn her attention to one of her key issues as an adviser to the President and one also of great importance to the Pope: human trafficking.

World leaders are working with President Trump and Ivanka at an incredible pace… this is sure to just infuriate the left as Obama was seen as weak and despised by world leaders. Trump is the strong horse now and Ivanka is leading the way as well.
