Jeff Sessions Drops Bomb – Delivers Horrible News to Illegals [VIDEO]

The Trump administration has been cracking down on illegal immigration, much to the chagrin of liberals everywhere. But now, it appears that there may be dissension in the ranks over just how far to go in the crackdown — and Jeff Sessions had something to say about it[1].

One of the issues surrounding illegal immigration is allegedly how to handle Barack Obama’s “DREAMers” — children who were taken into the United States by their parents. Donald Trump angered some conservatives when he announced that DREAMers could “rest easy,” that his administration was after criminals, not minors who didn’t have a choice in going to the United States.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly echoed this, saying in a CNN interview that “we’re not targeting them.” But then Jeff Sessions appeared on “This Week” and now it seems everything is up in the air again.

Sessions was asked if the Justice Department had the same policy that Kelly outlined, to not go after DREAMers. “Homeland Security has primary jurisdiction there,” he explained. “Their first and strongest priority no doubt about it is the criminal element we have in our country that have come here illegally. So they are focusing primarily on that. And there’s no doubt the president has sympathy for young people who were brought here at early ages.”

He was then asked about Trump’s comments that DREAMers could “rest easy.” And Sessions evidently doesn’t agree. “Well, we’ll see,” he said. “I believe that everyone that enters the country unlawfully is subject to being deported. However, we don’t have the ability to round up everybody and there’s no plan to do that. But we are going to focus first as the president has directed us on the criminal element. We’ve got to get that under control.”

These comments are in line with that Trump said on the campaign trail, but it seemed that he may have softened his stance. But which policy will win out — Kelly’s more lenient approach, or Sessions’?

In John Hawkins’ new book, ‘101 Things All Young Adults Should Know’, he teaches in chapter 85 that you are not a victim.

Whatever the administration may decide, the reality is that no one is a victim. The best thing DREAMers can do now is work quickly towards making themselves legal immigrants and take control of their own future.
