Al Sharpton Gets Demoted From MSNBC’s Daily Lineup, Puts On Best Face Possible

With nearly nonexistent ratings and paper-thin credibility, MSNBC is shaking up its lineup in search of someone people are willing to watch.

Unfortunately for Al Sharpton, that ain’t him. As such, he’ll be moving from having a show five days a week in primetime to 8 AM eastern time on Sundays.

But it’s always best to keep a positive attitude, and that’s exactly what Rev. Al is doing…

Good Politics Nation show tonight. I celebrate my 4 th anniversary tomorrow. I will announce I will move my show to Sunday mornings at 8 am.

He’s the one moving his show, dontchaknow. Not the suits at MSNBC, Al. Because everybody knows that having a show once a week when none of the people interested in watching will even be awake is a far superior career move than having a show five nights a week in prime time.

Soopermexican at The Right Scoop was less than convinced[2]…

We all wondered when the axe would fall on Al Sharpton’s execrable show on MSBNC, and it looks like it’s finally happening! It’s happening!!

It’s hard to argue with that reaction, though Sharpton can and will make any argument at any time regardless of its plausibility or coherence, so who knows?
