Obama has now set it up with the IRS[3] so that illegal immigrants can get tax refunds. Never mind that they are illegal and don’t pay taxes… they will get wealth redistribution through taxes. Outrageous. Illegal immigrants can claim up to three years of Earned Income Tax Credit refunds. All they need to get the refund is a Social Security number, which they aren’t supposed to have. So, Obama and the IRS are promoting fraud and criminal behavior. “The recipe goes like this,” Forbes wrote. “First, get a Social Security number, then claim the Earned Income Tax Credit for the last three years. Then, wait for the IRS to send you three years of tax refunds. The gambit could apparently work even if you never paid taxes, never filed a return, and worked off the books. And the IRS says this is the way the Earned Income Tax Credit works.” I don’t know why we even bother to have any laws anymore… they mean nothing.

Illegal immigrants[5] don’t pay federal taxes, thanks to the fact that their jobs are, well, illegal. However, thanks to a new loophole created by President Barack Obama’s pen and phone, they’ll now be able to get a tax refund.

According to Forbes[6], IRS Chairman John Koskinen has said that illegal immigrants can claim up to three years of Earned Income Tax Credit refunds even though they don’t have to pay taxes.

All that the illegal immigrants need to get the refund is a Social Security number, something they are not supposed to be able to get — but apparently the IRS doesn’t consider it their job to enforce identity theft laws.

A 2011 audit also showed that illegal immigrants were claiming $4.2 billion in fraudulent tax credits. This should be stopped, cut off and prosecuted. That is the IRS’ job, or at least I thought it was. Rep. Jim Jordan, an Ohio Republican who is chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, is furious over the IRS’ poor judgment. “John Koskinen’s got a lot of explaining to do,” Jordan told Fox News‘ Greta Van Susteren in an interview. “It’s unfair to taxpayers that noncitizen illegals are gonna get this bonus that … their tax money’s gonna be used for,” Jordan said, adding that it “points to the patent unfairness” of Obama’s plan, both for American taxpayers and immigrants who entered the country legally. It’s biased… it’s politically motivated and favors those that are chosen. That’s not American and not legal. It’s pure Obama though.
