What All Conservatives Should Try When They Get Pulled Over [Meme]

The fact that Hillary Clinton willfully broke the law thousands of times is not in dispute. For some reason, the Obama Justice Department has forgiven her crime and has refused to press charges. However, Clinton may not be in the clear just yet: Republicans in Congress are working to try and charge Clinton with a federal crime.[3] Will it work?

From the Independent Journal:

Nearly 60% of Americans[5] disagree with the FBI’s decision not to recommend an indictment for Hillary Clinton over her handling of sensitive material while she served as Secretary of State.

If House Republicans get their way, she may not yet be out of the woods.

Reps. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, have asked the U.S. Attorney’s office to investigate Clinton’s sworn testimony before Congress.

In a letter to U.S. Attorney Channing Phillips signed by Chaffetz and Goodlatte, Congress asked the court to open an investigation to determine whether Clinton committed perjury[6]:

Dear Mr. Phillips:

We write to request an investigation to determine whether Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton committed perjury and made false statements during her testimony under oath before congressional committees.

While testifying before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on July 7, 2016, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey stated the truthfulness of Secretary’s testimony before Congress was not within the scope of the FBI’s investigation. Nor had the FBI even considered any of Secretary Clinton’s testimony.

Director Comey further testified the Department of Justice requires a criminal referral from Congress to initiate an investigation of Secretary Clinton’s congressional testimony. We are writing for that purpose.

The evidence collected by the FBI during its investigation of Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal email system appears to directly contradict several aspects of her sworn testimony.

In light of those contradictions, the Department should investigate and determine whether to prosecute Secretary Clinton for violating statutes that prohibit perjury and false statements to Congress, or any other relevant statutes.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

During FBI Director Comey’s testimony before Congress, he admitted that statements made by Clinton under oath were “not true,” and that her handling of classified material was “extremely careless.”

Attorney General Loretta Lynch was scheduled[7] to testify before the House Judiciary Committee on her decision not to prosecute Clinton on Tuesday.

Here’s the straight truth: whether one is conservative or liberal, we have reached a point where we need to decide as a country if we can exist with separate sets of rules for elites.

Nixon was run-out of office — and for good reason.

Hillary’s role in this scandal is undebatable and any who maintain that she should not face charges should be viewed as expressly declaring that they are in favor of socio-political segregation with one set of laws for political elites and one set of laws for another.

There is no middleground; we are either a country with laws and equality or we are not. Period.
