Charles Johnson Should Read Entire Articles

Here is an interesting fact[1] from a recent survey of the Tea Party Rally last Thursday:

Fifty-three percent of those surveyed said they would not even consider voting for Palin if she ran for president in 2012; 59 percent said the same thing of Paul.

Indeed, no clear leader is emerging to pick up tea party support in the 2012 presidential election. Not one of a dozen Republicans could get more than 50 percent of tea partiers to say that they would even consider supporting them in the contest.

Now, based on the exact same article. Charles Johnson of Little Green Footballs writes the following[2]:

“A new poll shows that tea partiers are divided into two camps – the Crazy faction, and the Crazier faction: Sarah Palin vs. Ron Paul….This is what’s left of the Republican Party – paleo-right wing Ron Paul cult members and admirers of the dimmest bulb in US politics.”

I’ll give Johnson the benefit of the doubt that he isn’t being intentionally deceptive. Rather, he didn’t read the entire article. I’m sure he’ll correct the record.
