Black Pastors Demand Smithsonian Museum Remove Bust of Planned Parenthood Founder Margaret Sanger

Black Pastors blasting demands at the Smithsonian[1] are caught in the Planned Parenthood rage so bad that they may as well rename Margaret Sanger to “female Hitler.”

“The letter notes that the rate of abortions among minority communities, specifically Black and Latino communities, is higher.

This explains why elective abortion remains the number one cause of death among Black Americans, higher than all other causes combined,” the pastors argue. “We will not remain silent while the National Portrait Gallery venerates someone who sought to eradicate our very existence.”

Takes us back to the ol’ saying, guns don’t kill people, people kill people. Cheeseburgers don’t eat themselves, people eat them. Planned Parenthood doesn’t capture Black and Hispanic people and kill their babies, the pregnant women willingly walk in and drop their pants and ask for it.

It seems like the pastors placing pressure on the Smithsonian have forgotten one very clear and evident fact: people who want an abortion will get an abortion no matter what. It is their choice as an American citizen to keep or dismantle their child. Whether it’s done at a hospital, a clinic, Planned Parenthood, or throwing themselves down a flight of steps after sitting on a rusty iron – it does not matter. If someone wants an abortion, then they’ll get an abortion. It’s their choice to live with that awful memory for an eternity.

What puzzles me is that the pastors are simply joining the bandwagon of everyone hating Planned Parenthood for their possible involvement of selling baby organs, and that’s OK, but not to the point where you think that Planned Parenthood’s current goals are to eradicate a specific race. Margaret Sanger is long gone and the people who work there simply need a job, just like everyone else.

Have you ever been to a public school in an urban area? I have and I don’t think any race is even close to being eradicated. The schools are often overcrowded and the moms have 4-8 kids from 4-6 different parents. There are five year old girls who are aunts. That’s a bigger problem just like how Black and Hispanic people kill too many of each other is a problem. In an article from December, 2014, it was noted that 324,000[3] Black people have been killed by other Black people in only 35 years. That’s a very sad number to rest your eyes on.

The pastors are causing a scene and entertaining some free press coverage. Margaret may have been a witch, but you cannot erase history. We can learn from the mistakes of history and prevent it from repeating.

Finding ways to reduce crime and prevent unwanted pregnancy is more effective than asking the Smithsonian to remove the bust of a racist woman who died in 1966.
