NRSC Strategist Brad Dayspring’s Teen Porn Problem (WARNING: Graphic)

It’s not exactly shocking that a lot of Americans secretly look at porn. However, it is still a bit of a surprise that a prominent married employee of the National Republican Senatorial Committee would favorite a graphic teen pornography link on his public twitter account.

[1]Dayspring, who habitually gets into fights with grassroots conservatives on twitter, was going back and forth with blogger/activist Charles Johnson[2] of Gotnews[3] when Johnson posted this tweet (WARNING: Graphic!).

TPM[7] reached out to Brad Dayspring about the tweet, but got no comment. I also reached out to Dayspring, the NRSC and Charles Johnson. Neither the NRSC or Dayspring responded, but Johnson did comment. He noted that he didn’t want to let people know about Brad Dayspring’s pornographic tweet, but that Dayspring just wouldn’t stop smearing him behind the scenes. “I gave him three opportunities to quit peddling ‘oppo’ against me and when that didn’t happen, I had to cut his head off,” Johnson said.

So far this campaign cycle, the NRSC has been known for lackluster fund raising, a dirty primary in Mississippi where it teamed up with Democrats to stop the candidate chosen by a majority of Republican voters from being elected, and all-out attacks on grassroots conservatives. Now, the NRSC can apparently add pornography to that list.
