Prominent Republicans Endorse Antifa

You will find no one more extreme and unsavory than the subset of anarchists known as Antifa. When these maniacs scream that they hate fascists, they mean they hate everything that a regular American would regard as normal.

Don’t take my word for it. Anarchists describe themselves on their flagship website, It’s Going Down:

Anarchists are those who would set fire to a bulldozer or a new luxury home rather than let a forest be cut down, who would rather hear the sound of shattering glass than a politician’s speech. Deserting and disobeying all the rules written against us, by squatting and stealing for our survival, and rejecting the roles we’re assigned, as good worker, good student, good citizen, good woman or man. … By arming ourselves with the ability to create a new world and destroy the one that has been imposed on us.

Here they explain why they endorse all things queer:

Queer is a territory of tension, defined against the dominant narrative of white-hetero-monogamous-patriarchy, but also by an affinity with all who are marginalized, otherized and oppressed. Queer is the abnormal, the strange, the dangerous. Queer involves our sexuality and our gender, but so much more. It is our desire and fantasies and more still. Queer is the cohesion of everything in conflict with the heterosexual capitalist world. Queer is a total rejection of the regime of the Normal.

Their core dogma is that the “Normal” must be destroyed. Normal people are fascist. Anything that anarchists associate with white skin, economic freedom, property rights, American heritage, or heterosexuality is fascist.

The most violence-prone anarchists comprise Antifa, a cross between the Manson Family and the Khmer Rouge. Their sociopathic ideology is advanced almost exclusively by violence. If they didn’t dress up in black, cover their faces, and commit vandalism and assault, no one would know they existed. The State of New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness officially recognizes Antifa anarchists as terrorists.

These people mace random passersby for being well-dressed. They successfully prevent conservatives from being heard on college campuses by rioting. They smash windows at Starbucks because that infamously left-wing corporation isn’t left-wing enough to suit them on the grounds that it engages in capitalism.

Even before its big brawl with defenders of a Robert E. Lee statue in Charlottesville, the media loved Antifa. Now Republicans love it too:

Former presidential candidate Mitt Romney argued violent leftists were morally righteous. “No, not the same. One side is racist, bigoted, Nazi. The other opposes racism and bigotry. Morally different universes,” Romney tweeted Tuesday night.

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio took a similar tone in assigning “100% [of the] blame” for the Charlottesville violence [to] white supremacists — which amounts to a total exculpation of antifa. Rubio also tweeted out a poorly-worded statement that may have explicitly endorsed left-wing violence.

“When entire movement built on anger & hatred towards people different than you,it justifies & ultimately leads to violence against them,” the senator stated in his ill-formed tweet.

Arizona Sen. John McCain — who fought and was tortured by communists in Vietnam — claimed that violent leftists are great Americans fighting against hate. “There’s no moral equivalency between racists & Americans standing up to defy hate& bigotry. The President of the United States should say so,” McCain tweeted.

By now no extreme of moonbattery is surprising from McCain. But as you can see, he is far from alone among Republicans.

Virginia gubernatorial candidate Ed Gillespie claimed during a Monday radio interview that “those who incite violence are committing an even more serious offense” than those who actually commit violence. He added that these alleged propagators of hate need to be “arrested and prosecuted and put behind bars.”

They should be locked up on murder charges, according to prominent “conservative” Hugh Hewitt.

Maybe they think that praising the most radical leftwing extremists in existence will win them pats on the head from the media. They don’t seem the least concerned that voters will object. As McCain keeps proving by getting reelected, voters have short memories.
