VIDEO: Reports of New ISIS Atrocities: Chemical Attacks, Hacking Limbs, Beheading a Boy With Down Syndrome

The world has already seen the evil that ISIS is capable of, but they’re not done yet. Beheading innocent civilians was just the beginning — they’ve now graduated to chemical attacks, and even beheading a boy with Down syndrome.

ISIS-down syndrome[1]

ISIS has been expanding its despicable trade in brutality to include chemical attacks with white phosphorus and even brutally executing a boy with down syndrome. Such is the witness account from the video above.

The chemical burns from white phosphorus are quite horrific – the chemical can kill with even with a “minor” wound because it burns from the inside out.

… The use of white phosphorus against civilian populations is prohibited by Protocol III of the 1980 Convention on Conventional Weapons.

… It is unclear if the burns were solely caused by the use of mustard gas, but such reports point to ISIS using chemical weapons. It seems like the terror group’s similarities with the Nazi regime are growing by the day – even as the international will-power to thwart it is wanting.

The price of withdrawing from Iraq only for it to be overrun by terror groups is increasing on a daily basis. The cruel atrocities being carried out by ISIS is in some way a reflection of a lack of international willpower confronting and defeating evil where it lies.

There are just no words to adequately describe the kind of evil that must exist in someone to brutally murder a person with Down syndrome. And sadly, we have a JV president who is simply doing what is necessary to appear like he’s trying to stop them — and not actually doing everything in his power to wipe these monsters off the face of the earth, as he should.
