You Will Be SHOCKED At The Reason This 91 Year Old Man Was Willing To Murder These Men

[1]Max Horton, a 91-year-old man living in Avon Park, Florida, confronted a landscaper who was spraying his car with grass clippings. It turned into an argument, with Horton pulling out a gun, reportedly threatening to kill the victim and forcing him to his knees. [2]

The Daily Mail reports,

Another landscaper, Johnny Barnes, who was at the scene, moved toward Horton to intervene, and at that moment Horton fired a round at Hendrix before turning toward Barnes.

Hendrix got up from his knees, disarmed Horton and he and Barnes tackled the man, holding him down until police arrived.

Horton suffered a black eye and minor injuries in the dispute and was taken to Highlands Regional Medical Center for treatment.

He could not be taken to Florida Hospital – which was just a mile from the man’s house while the former center was more than 14 miles – because he had previously made threats to staff at the hospital.

In September 2013, Horton reportedly told Florida Hospital staff that he had a gun in his vehicle and that they would be sorry if he retrieved it.

Neighbors told police on Thursday that Horton, who is retired, is known to ‘flip out’ and ‘get angry for no reason.

Horton is being charged with attempted first-degree murder and is being held without bond. Most likely, he may suffer from some disease of old age that is causing his bizarre behavior. This brings up the question, what should we as a society do about those elderly who become like this, do we continue let them live on their own or without supervision where they may be a danger to themselves or others, or are there actions we can be taking to prevent this? Horton has a wife, who acknowledges that he has an anger problem.
