BREAKING: BIG Shakeup Coming to Fox News… [DETAILS]

When Roger Ailes was forced to step down with Fox News, the network had to find a replacement and within a pretty small window of time. During this situation, the media industry has also become poised to go through a consolidation with AT&T being in the process of acquiring Time Warner for… wait for it, $85 BILLION.

Boy, there’s a lot of money to be had in this world…isn’t there?

AT&T is currently the 2nd largest wireless phone carrier and a huge part of the pay-TV business as well as a provider due to its ownership of DirectTV and Time Warner. That’s CNN, HOB, Warner Bros studio under their belt and that’s just to name a few.

Roger Ailes being forced down, leaving FOX to scurry off for a new head guy and AT&T … how do those two relate?

Well, if there is going to be a merger, there will also follow a shift in management. This will be pretty sticky, being that there will be too many bosses and not enough places for them to call themselves useful in.

So, Fox just might get a new leader…sooner than expected.

However, that’s not the shocker…the shocker comes from an interesting theory shared by top media journalist, Michale Wolff, who has said if either former News corp COO Peter Chernin or current CNN Chief Jeff Zucker don’t decide to replace outgoing Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes, then Zucker could be the one chosen by Rupert Murdoch’s sons to replace Mr. Ailes for Fox News.

If you didn’t know, that would mean the former Chief of CNN (left leaning network as we know it) may just be the one to take over Fox News…the ONLY news outlet left that most believe isn’t COMPLETELY left leaning.

That could spell trouble…maybe some outrage and massive upset too. You think?

Of course this is only theory at this point. However, Wolff hasn’t just started taking about this, it was a prediction long before the merge was spoken of..

Wolff wrote then:

In part this reflects the Murdoch sons’ view of the future of 21st Century Fox as a modern, multiplatform content and distribution company, one without their father’s political stain. (With the Murdoch newspapers and their ideological views split off from 21st Century Fox in 2013 — partly at the urging of the Murdoch sons — that leaves only Fox News as a political presence in the company.)

And it reflects, after more than a decade in the doldrums, a resurgence of CNN under Zucker, who took the reins in 2012. Most of all though, it reflects a belief that there isn’t anybody with Ailes’ politics from inside or outside the network whom Lachlan and James — 44 and 43, respectively, youthful globalist moderates largely living in an anti-Fox world — could work with or even tolerate.

Before blanching at a possible Zucker-led Fox News, it is instructive to note that Lachlan and James Murdoch have apparently already decided upon a new direction for the cable news juggernaut. As Breitbart News has previously reported, the younger Murdochs appear to want to re-mold Fox News into an entity more like Britain’s Sky News, meaning Fox without the “edge.” That wouldn’t be so surprising given what Wolff himself calls the younger Murdoch sons’ “globalist” bent.

There you have it ladies and gentlemen. Our last shred of any kind of right standing media outlet, Fox… might just be adopted into the left.

What do you think about that?

For now, I’d say it’s appropriate to be grateful we still have social media outlets and websites like this to lean on for news. Where good American journalists engage with good American citizens to find out what in the world of lying politicians is going on!
