BREAKING: Congress Moving Forward With PERJURY CHARGES Against Hillary

Hillary is no super villain that somehow has the power to escape consequences for her actions every time they catch up to her. No, what she is, is lucky.

Lucky Congress hasn’t used THEIR superpowers against her thus far.

However, things may be changing here….soon.

Hillary, although a monster, is human, and despite corruption in D.C., this vile woman can in fact be subject to an impeachment inquiry – even as she is campaigning for President.

Mhm, it’s true!

‘Contempt of court’ or as heard most often, ‘contempt’, is the offense of being disrespectful in and to a court of law or any of the officers that preside there. Any behavior that opposes or defies the court’s authority, justice or dignity of the court at all, is subject to this punishment.

Can you think of anytime that Hillary has disrespected a court of law?

Of course you can, it’s one of her faults she’s known best for… she’s a liar!

Tom Fitton, president of the government group ‘Judicial Watch’ explains…

‘One of the dirty little secrets in Washington is that Mrs. Clinton can be impeached now,’ said Fitton in an interview. ‘A federal official leaving office does not end congressional jurisdiction over impeachment for misconduct in that office.

‘And if she was convicted by the Senate the sanction could be ineligibility for future office.’

Fitton tells us the administration has to stop concealing information, and just as important, Congress needs to quit holding back its own powers and DEMAND more information when necessary.

‘They need to talk about proactively using the contempt power more directly – not relying on the justice department to put people in contempt to enforce contempt powers on their own. And to use impeachment a whole lot more,’ he said.

According to Fitton, there is a reason why ‘contempt’ is not being pursued in many cases. House GOP lawmakers who were thrown under the bus during the Bill Clinton impeachment while he was President are hesitating now to deploy their probative powers against Hillary.

So they make the laws that can protect us from another Clinton reign of terror, but they don’t practice them.

Cowards.

Fitton however, explains that there is more than enough evidence to claim ‘contempt’ on Hillary and create an impeachment inquiry against her!

First, Congress is certain that Hillary lied to them, and second, they have evidence showing she mishandled classified information, which is a CLEAR violation of the law. Among multiple other reasons to push ‘contempt’ on Hillary, these two stand at the forefront of a case against Hillary that could be the end of her presidential run.

Here’s hoping that this attempt at rallying Congress to move forward with perjury charges against Hillary takes on momentum and bulldozes through without any distractions.
