BREAKING: Germany Officially Calls for BURKA BAN

Well, this is unexpected. Angela Merkel, the Angela Merkel who welcomed Muslim refugees with open arms and has all but turned her back on the suffering of her own people because of her decision, has come out with a pretty stunning change of heart.

The woman is calling for a full burka BAN. She has gone from tirelessly pushing her open-door migration policies to doubling down on the the burka. Has she seen the light? Or rather the darkness that is plaguing her country because of her blind leadership?

Merkel came out with her shock news at a Christian Democratic Union[2] conference she had recently attended.

It’s just so surprising really. Unless you connect to dots with the other piece of news she had shared at this conference soon after her announcement on the burka ban.

She declared that she will be seeking re-election.

Surprise, surprise…she hasn’t seen the light, she’s seen opportunity. For herself.

Her tune has changed and it’s changed to one that the people have been singing for ages…

“The full veil must be banned wherever it is legally possible,” she said to a large round of applause.

She has stressed that she is absolutely determined to ensure that there is no repeat of the huge influx of migrants that took place last year and she is going after a new two-year term in charge of her conservative party.

She is claiming that she will be focusing on finding the right legal and political balance, despite CDU party leaders expressing great skepticism of a full ban against burkas. So with this, it is suggested that maybe it will not mean a full ban, but some type of balance between Germans and migrants and their cultural differences.

Although numbers have declined sharply after their huge spike in asylum-seekers after Merkel issued an open door policy, her Christian Democratic Union is still at discord with her decisions as a leader. Not withstanding the state’s poor election results this year.

Despite the unpopularity of her decision, she was still re-elected as party leader after being able to run unopposed, receiving an overwhelming 89.5 percent of the votes cast.

As far as the sound of her new tune?

“A situation like the one in the late summer of 2015 cannot, should not and must not be repeated,” Merkel told party delegates. “That was and is our, and my, declared political aim,” she said.

Although Merkel still insists that Germany take in people in need of genuine protection, her government has shifted to tighten up asylum rules and has declared several countries as ‘safe’, this meaning that people from there can’t expect to get refuge in Germany.

Whether she makes the full ban on burkas happen in some cities or not, what is the key to progression is going to be really looking at what the needs of her people are.

Accepting with open arms those that are in trouble isn’t the problem. It’s dumping the needs of those that you are in charge of to protect and serve that gets these bleeding heart leaders to fail.

You cannot help another until you are strong enough yourself to do so. Until then, you must help yourself.
