BREAKING: Hillary Might Still Be Indicted… IT’S NOT OVER

Some have joked that if Hillary Clinton[1] wins the election, she could be the first President to pardon themselves. After the recent FBI decision, that’s no longer going to be necessary if she wins.

Hillary[2]

From Allen West:

Clinton no longer has to worry about the FBI — but her worries aren’t completely over. She’s not guaranteed the presidency, and if The Donald is in the Oval Office, Hillary’s legal worries could resurface. The Daily Caller reports:

Former mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani said on Tuesday that if Donald Trump is elected president, he could appoint an Attorney General who would be able to indict Hillary Clinton.

Appearing on Fox News’s “The Real Story” with guest host Kimberly Guilfoyle, Giuliani said, “I worked in the Justice Department for 15 years. For four or five of those years I had a high security clearance and I would approve FISA applications for national security. I never left the Justice Department wing, I stayed until 4:00 in the morning and I locked them in the safe. If I had done something like this, there is no doubt in my mind the next Justice Department or my boss — I would have been indicted. I would have been indicted for it. It is so discouraging to someone who loves the Justice Department to see a decision like this.”

Clinton “violated 18 USC Section 793. Now the interesting thing is, the statute of limitations will not have run on this. And if Trump should win and appoint an Attorney General who has got the courage to do it, they could bring this indictment.” 18 USC Section 793 deals with the “gathering, transmitting or losing defense information.”
According to FBI director James Comey, 110 of Clinton’s emails were “determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received.”

As we shared earlier on this page, less than one year ago following an FBI investigation, Bryan H. Nishimura pleaded guilty to “unauthorized removal and retention of classified information” — without malicious intent. This is exactly what they described Hillary as being guilty of, however, “Director Comey based the decision, he said, largely on what he believed was not willful intent to harm the security of the United States.”

After observing the Clinton’s and their slimy tactics escaping repercussions of many actions, THIS does not surprise me. It disappoints me greatly, but I am not surprised.
