Mom ‘plotted with alleged pedophile to “tart up” seven year-old daughter – then let him rape her’

A mother and a suspected pedophile premeditated a horrific plan to let him rape her seven year-old daughter, a court was told.

Stuart Bailey, 54, and the woman allegedly discussed plans over how to sexually attack the young girl and went about their plot in text messages and phone calls.

A jury heard prosecutors explain that Bailey asked the mother to “tart up” the young schoolgirl with make-up and let him “have his way” with her daughter.

Cardiff Crown Court was told that the two scumbags were using the letter ‘R’ in text messages to signal the word ‘rape’.

In several texts to the girl’s mother, Bailey, a resident of Rhydyfelin, South Wales, allegedly said: “Let me do as I please.”

In another one of his texts, he said: “What is she wearing? Is she in school uniform?”

The court heard a lot more of the texts, as the prosecution read aloud phrases like “Let’s abuse her,” and “I can R her.”

Prosecutor Jim Davis spoke of how the woman’s partner suspected she was in contact with Bailey and later found out about the multiple texts she was sharing with Bailey.

Mr. Davis stated that the partner of the mother made a statement to police where he had a hunch that “she was cheating on me” and so checked her phone out of suspicion.

Mr. Davis went on to say: “After confronting his partner about his suspicions, she reacted angrily and told him to leave the house.”

But the man told police that he refused to give the phone back to her. The partner ended up leaving the house with the phone and checked the messages when he arrived at his place of employment. Bailey and the woman, who has yet to be identified, both deny arranging and commissioning child sex offences. Both are still in the process of a trial.
