Obama’s Department Of Justice Makes Their MOVE To Jail America’s TOUGHEST Sheriff

Heaven forbid that someone should actually enforce the law in America. Oh, except for the Obamacare mandate, because if you don’t pay your dues for not having insurance, the IRS will get it one way or another.

But you know, the laws that Obama doesn’t like. For instance, immigration laws. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ is famous for being tough to the point of “cruel” according to liberals and they want it to stop. So, when Joe was ordered to stop “racially profiling” people, they saw their chance to bust him.

After a judge said that Arpaio violated the court order, he was charged Tuesday with criminal contempt of court. This comes as he is seeking re-election for a seventh term as Maricopa County Sheriff. The Judge in the case scheduled a “status conference” for November 3rd, just days before the election. The formal trial date is set for Dec. 6th.

If convicted, Arpaio could face up to 6 months in jail, but, as it would be a misdemeanor charge, it would not prevent him from serving as Sheriff, should he get re-elected.

Paul Penzone, Arpaio’s Democratic challenger, claims that this is what the Sheriff gets for “putting his own personal objectives ahead of the best interest of the community at our expense.”

There will be no arrest or mugshot, and Arpaio doesn’t plan to plead guilty.
