What an eggs-elent way to make a perfect omelet every time[1]! I’m always looking for good kitchen hacks and this one is so fun. This is also a fun way to get your kids involved in the kitchen because it’s so easy, they could each make their own!

I love eating eggs for breakfast? Eggs are high in protein and are considered a whole food– they contain everything a body needs to survive. 1 egg contains 6 grams of protein alone and that’s straight up brain food. Eggs (boiled) supply several vitamins and minerals as significant amounts of the Daily Value (DV), including vitamin A (19% DV), riboflavin (42% DV), pantothenic acid (28% DV), vitamin B12 (46% DV), choline (60% DV), phosphorus (25% DV), zinc (11% DV) and vitamin D (15% DV) (table per 100 gram serving of a hard-boiled egg)– tastes better than an otc vitamin and the body will love it more too.

My family of four can easily consume 5 dozen eggs in a week. We eat 3 eggs for breakfast every day each, so we’re always looking for new ways to cook eggs. There are so many amazing techniques you can find on the internet to cook the perfect egg but this one is a little different. But This particular recipe is just the thing for someone who doesn’t have the proper utensils, perfect egg pan— etc. All you will need are your favorite ingredients and a Ziploc freezer bag.

First step is add the eggs into the bag and squish them around (break the yolks). Next, you are going to add your secondary ingredients – things like ham, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper, cooked bacon, onions. The two most important rules (one I learned on my own) are 1. you need to make sure that the bag is completely sealed and 2. make sure you don’t add extra moisture like the water from tomatoes or other ingredients. Then you just place the bag in boiling water for 13 minutes. Check it out in the video below. I’m sooo hungry right now!
