Why should this sailor be locked up for having classified information if Hillary is still free?

A Navy sailor is in BIG trouble for taking pics inside a submarine he was aboard, he said they were “to one day show his family and future children what he did while he was in the Navy.” That young sailor, Kristian Saucier, is now scheduled Friday to face sentencing. WHAT?

Kristian[1]

He took just six photos.

FBI Director James Comey has called Clinton “extremely careless.” Comey said of Clinton’s actions, “Any reasonable person should have known that an unclassified system was no place” for that sort of information.

Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State at the time and in her 60s.

She was not 22.

While Saucier has plead guilty and is now facing the music, Clinton never really copped to her alleged crime, and virtually everything she has told us about her emails wasn’t true.

As Chris Cillizza explained at The Washington Post in July:

FBI Director James B. Comey dismantled large portions of Clinton’s long-told story about her private server and what she sent or received on it…

“Those are facts, facts delivered by the Justice Department of a Democratic administration,” Cillizza added. “And those facts run absolutely counter to the narrative put forth by the Clinton operation: that this whole thing was a Republican witch-hunt pushed by a bored and adversarial media.”

Comey said Clinton shouldn’t be prosecuted because there was no “intent” to break the law. Did Saucier intend to break the law?

Kristian Saucier’s lawyer wants to know why his client should even be considered for jail time when Clinton isn’t being prosecuted. “It will be unjust and unfair for Mr. Saucier to receive any sentence other than probation for a crime those more powerful than him will likely avoid,’ Saucier’s lawyer Derrick Hogan, wrote in a recent federal court filing,” as reported by the New York Post.

“Mr. Saucier possessed six photographs classified as ‘confidential/restricted,’ far less than Clinton’s 110 emails,” Hogan wrote in the court filing.

Kristian Saucier graduated high school in 2004 and is married with one daughter and three stepchildren.

Hillary Clinton is a member of one of the most powerful political dynasties in American history. The former secretary of state, senator and first lady is currently running for president of the United States.

Most importantly, Comey said the FBI found 110 emails on Clinton’s server that were classified at the time they were sent or received. That stands in direct contradiction to Clinton’s repeated insistence she never sent or received any classified emails. And it even stands in contrast to her amended statement that she never knowingly sent or received any classified information.

So, what kind of sentence do you think a careless 22 yr-old should receive? And yet an old dishonest and powerful lady running for President of the U.S. gets a pass.
