Back in 2014, Shelley Dufresne was accused of having sex around 40 times with her 16 yr-old student. This seems to be a story that happens way too often. However, the difference with this one is, she had an accomplice.

According to reports, the two adult women brought the teenaged boy back to Respess’s apartment after a football game to engage in a supposed nine-hour threesome.

Now, the young man’s parents are suing Dufresne and Respess, along with St. Charles Parish School Board, in a district court.

The parents are seeking damages caused by both the sexual relationship, Dufresne’s actions after the allegations surfaced, and the negative effect the ordeal had on their family.

The suit maintains Dufresne began flirting with the teenager, a student in her English class, during the 2014-15 year.

According to court reports:

“Dufresne encouraged (him) to believe that responding to Ms. Dufresne’s attention and advances would impact his grade.”
She reportedly showed favoritism towards him, even reaching out to him when he was home sick via social media. The flirtation quickly turned sexual shortly after.

This is an older story, but wow, does it still give you the CREEPS! As of today, she has gotten off without too much of a hassle. Her father is a judge after all and he was able to strike up a plea bargain for her.

She has since had the audacity to even smear the kid’s name on her social media accounts… sickening.
