Polls haven’t even closed and Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump is already filing an election lawsuit in the state of Nevada.
Is this a wise move to make just hours before polls close?

According to the suit,[2] it is alleged that voters in Nevada lined up outside of the polling station two hours after the designated closing time, which ended early voting. It is said that despite not arriving on time to the polling station, these people were still allowed to vote.
According to MSNBC’s chief legal correspondent, he has no grounds for the lawsuit.
Nevada law states that if voters are "waiting to vote" in line when polls close, "voting must continue" until they vote. (293.305).

A county spokesman refuted Trump’s claim.
No early voting stations extended voting times, they did process voters already in line at closing, as state law allows -county spokesperson https://t.co/jF9NnpZqeU[4]

Nevada a hotly contested state, so if Trump were to lose the 2016 Presidential election, he could conceivably use this lawsuit as a means to prompt a recounting of ballots.
The Judge in the case refused to separate the early voting ballots from the rest of the votes, despite being asked to by the plaintiffs.
Do you think Trump would win this lawsuit if he took it all the way?
