An Interview With Newt Gingrich

by John Hawkins | August 22, 2005 7:47 am

In my opinion, there are three men who are largely responsible for the resurgence of conservatism over the last 25 years: Ronald Reagan, Rush Limbaugh, and Newt Gingrich.

Well, on Friday of last week, I was fortunate to have a chance to do a phone interview with one of those men, Newt Gingrich.

Of course, Newt has exceptional conservative credentials. He was once the Speaker of the House, he’s responsible for the Contract with America, & he lead the now famous GOP takeover of the House in 1994. On top of that, Newt has a new book out, “Winning the Future[1],” and there’s a possibility that he may even run for President in 2008.

So this is one interview that you’re definitely going to want to read.

In order to take a look at the transcript of the interview, which was edited slightly for readability’s sake, just click here[2].
