Dad Who Deliberately Left His Child To Die In Hot Car Could Be Charged For Sexting a Minor While It Was Happening

At first I felt bad for Justin Ross Harris, the Atlanta man charged with murder for “forgetting” his 2-year-old in his car all day. Oh, how things have changed! Not only does it appear that Harris: deliberately left his son in the hot car, but he could face additional charges for sexting underage girls while Cooper was dying[1].

Prosecutors say Harris, who is married, spent the day sending photos of his genitals to six different women, including teenagers.

At the hearing on Thursday, Detective Phil Stoddard testified that in one of the text conversations with a woman, she asked Harris, ‘Do you even have a conscience?’…The 33-year-old father replied ‘Nope’ Stoddard said.

I hope prosecutors use this detail to throw the book at him in the murder trial. As Harris readily admitted, it takes someone with no trace of a conscience to spend the day sexting as his child dies a slow, agonizing death in a hot car.
