Not every First Lady is required to have a campaign or issue to put their name on but Michelle Obama has taken it upon herself to shame Republicans in Congress[1] for trying to give freedom of choice back to parents over the school lunch issue.

WASHINGTON (AP) — First lady Michelle Obama is striking back at House Republicans who are trying to weaken healthier school meal standards, saying any effort to roll back the guidelines is “unacceptable.”
The event was an unusual move for the first lady, who has largely stayed away from policy fights since she lobbied for congressional passage of a child nutrition law in 2010.

“The last thing we can afford to do is play politics with kids’ health,” Mrs. Obama told participants.

The problem is that Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move! campaign” that started in 2010 is the epitome of “playing politics”. She created a national campaign designed to control children’s, parent’s and school’s choices of food. That means that Michelle Obama believes that the hundreds of thousands of school cafeteria workers, the hundreds of thousands of administrators and the millions of parents (including the parents of the million kids who stopped eating school lunch this past year) are all dumb and incapable of deciding what’s best for their kids. Under the guise of “fighting childhood obesity” she has actually had schools cutting calories and making meals like this [PICTURED BELOW]

Meals designed to add to human cravings using a starvation method which will attribute greatly to obesity. According to Michelle’s politics…. Michelle knows best– better than parents.
