The Left Targets Bob Corker’s Daughter

A pic of Tennessee Senate Candidate Bob Corker’s daughter kissing another girl at a party has now turned up, via Wonkette[1].

Does this fit into the McCarthesque outing campaign the left has engaged in during this campaign season? Yes. Does it also fall into the “politics of personal destruction” that the left now regularly uses against its enemies? Sure. Is it an attempt to go after Bob Corker’s daughter to get at him? Certainly.

On the other hand, there’s something to be said for a bit of discretion, too. If your dad is running for the Senate and there’s a pic on Facebook of you drunk at a party, shoving your tongue down another girl’s throat, it’s basically a given that it’s going to come out in these days and times. She should have known better.
