The RightBlogs’ Slate: Andy Harris Deserves Your Support

Folks, I’d like to take a moment to encourage you to chip in a few bucks to Andy Harris[1].

Harris is a conservative Navy vet running in a very Republican district, but he’s in jeopardy for the same reason you should particularly want to support him: he beat Chafeesque RINO Wayne Gilchrist in the primary and Gilchrist endorsed his Democratic opponent.

Now, folks, how many times have you heard those of us on the right say that we wish more conservatives would challenge RINOS in the primaries? Well, here’s a guy who not only did it, he pulled it off.

This guy is an obstetric anesthesiologist and a soldier and on the issues? He not just an improvement over Gilchrist, he’s a solid conservatives and, folks, if we get him elected in a district this Republican, he will be up there for a long, long time.

So, if you’re looking to really make a donation count, let me strongly suggest that you put some money towards Andy Harris’ campaign[2]. This is a guy who deserves your support.
