Trump Jr. Calls Out Chuck Todd for Failing to Ask Bernie Sanders About Fraud Investigation

The media has seemingly not learned their lesson at all with Donald Trump’s victory and has continued on wallowing in their liberal bias, even as trust in the media falls to further and further lows. But not everyone is willing to just sit back and let them get away with it — like Donald Trump, Jr., who just called out Chuck Todd in a blistering tweet.

Chuck Todd is the moderator for NBC’s “Meet the Press” and he recently interviewed Bernie Sanders. Yet during that interview, Todd failed to ask Sanders about the fraud investigation he and his wife, Jane Sanders, are currently fighting. Bernie and Jane Sanders are accused to fraudulently obtaining $10 million in bank loans for Burlington College while Jane was the president — a college which went bankrupt not long after she took out the allegedly fraudulent loans.

Yet Todd stuck to softball topics like healthcare and didn’t press him about the fraud investigation once, throughout the entire seven minute interview. He did, however, manage to send out some passive-aggressive tweets in response to Donald Trump.

It started when Trump decried the “fake news” on Twitter:

Donald Trump, Jr. saw Todd’s tweets and wasted no time firing back — and called him out for his epic failure as a journalist:

OUCH. Todd is going to need some serious ice for that burn. Maybe next time, he’ll worry more about doing his job and less time snarking on Twitter.
