If there was any complaint about the Fox News GOP debate last night it is that the Fox Hosts were far too harsh on the Republican candidates. You might just chalk that up to sour grapes, in some quarters. But one thing that might lend credence to the idea is that the liberal media is praising how tough the Fox hosts were.

Brian Maloney over at the Media Equalizer is on the story:
With its big debate night in the can, the good news for Fox is that its usual enemies on the left hate it quite a bit less, at least for the moment.
The unfortunate side effect: an avalanche of complaints from very angry conservatives who thought they might have been watching MSNBC by mistake. Many are longtime viewers who are now feeling betrayed.
At CNN, Brian Stelter provided a roundup of the “almost unanimously positive reviews” Fox’s “tough debate questions” generated. Included were a former Obama Administration official, a liberal magazine editor, a public radio host and BuzzFeed’s editor-in-chief. All had nothing but praise.
Well, if the liberals thought the debate moderators were great… what does that really say?
