If President Obama “fundamentally transformed” America, then Hillary Clinton is going to take that promise even further apparently.
Clinton told Mike Brown’s mother, the man who attacked a store clerk, robbed the store and then attacked Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson that she would make some serious changes to policing in the country.
How’s that for transforming America?
