Davis Souza was just out for a leisurely bike ride with some friends on a Sierra Nevada trail when something incredible happened. As he was riding along, he crashed into a bear.

He posted the video on Instagram, saying the bear disappeared before he could really react. He’s lucky that the bear just ran off — he could have been lunch!
