Do you believe that Obama is a traitor to the United States of America?
In law, treason is the crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against one’s nation.To avoid the abuses of the English law, treason was specifically defined in the United States Constitution, the only crime so defined. Article III Section 3 delineates treason as follows:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason.: Congress has, at times, passed statutes creating related offenses: of sedition and espionage that punish conduct which undermines the government or the national security.
While many Americans have been calling for the impeachment of Barack Obama, Joshua Black, candidate for the Florida House in: District 68 in the St. Peterburg/Clearwater area goes a: step beyond calling for mere impeachment. He: tweeted Sunday that Barack Obama is a traitor and should be hung for high treason.

Is President Barrack Obama a traitor to the Unites State of America? Obama: has subverted the Constitution and endangered our liberties and freedoms, he has put our military in harms way by involving them in unnecessary missions, he has: been conspicuously silent: about Benghazi, Fast and the Furious: and even the Seal Team 3 to name a few. He has allowed the IRS and NSA and other governmental agencies to be used to push forward his political agenda. He spends the U.S. People’s money lavishly while the American people suffer under one of the worst economic: waves most of us have ever seen in our lifetimes. He has stirred up insurgence and strife among the people by pitting groups of Americans against each other rich vs poor, white vs blacks and illegal aliens vs legal citizens through his speeches and interviews.
But could Obama’s neglect, indifference and disengagement make him a traitor? Would an accusation such as this stand and: be supported by a: burden of proof? Obama has created the most paranoid and suspicious nation of Americans this country has ever seen. Recent: gallup poll: reflects this: stating that: 72% of Americans believe that big government poses the greatest threat to our nation. If you aren’t one of the 72% I implore you to read the Declaration of Independence and underline every place where the: accusations against King George could be used against U.S. Government today.
I personally don’t know if I could convict President Barack Obama as a traitor, but he is conspicuously absent as America’s protector in Commander: and Chief.
