Roberto Martinez-Marinero, 25, turned himself in at 9pm on Thursday. He admitted to the murder of his mother and 5-year-old brother and throwing his 11-month-old brother into a dumpster and leaving him there. The baby was discovered bruised and crying, wearing nothing but a diaper.

A 25-year-old man has turned himself into authorities claiming he killed his mother, left his baby brother in a dumpster, and threw his five-year-old brother in a river.
Roberto Martinez-Marinero confessed a day after his 45-year-old mother, Jesus Ismenia Marinero, was found dead in a ditch in Omaha, Nebraska, on Wednesday evening, prompting a large-scale investigation.
Her 11-month-old son, Angel Ramirez-Marinero, was spotted bruised and crying wearing nothing but a diaper in a dumpster just feet away.
As officers question the elder son, they continue to search for his five-year-old brother Josue Ramirez-Marinero, who also went missing on Wednesday.
Roberto told investigators he abducted the little boy then threw him off a bridge into the city’s Elkhorn River. His car was found by the riverside.
According to Omaha.com, the 25-year-old walked into the police station at 9.10pm on Thursday with his chilling confession.
He is charged with first-degree murder and use of a deadly weapon.
