Former Florida Congressman Allen West wants a full investigation into what he considers the political firings of several high-ranking officers in the US military that came during a recent purge of the armed forces initiated by President Obama.
West has noted an “alarming trend” of sudden dismissals of high-ranking officers and wants to know why all these people are being chopped.
West in an exclusive WND interview said oversight hearings need to be convened to determine why so many officers are being removed.
West, who as congressman served on the House Armed Services Committee, said he recently had been in contact with Committee Chairman Rep. Howard “Buck” McKeon – calling for hearings “to determine exactly why” so many officers, especially senior officers, are being given the boot.
“McKeon needs to look at this problem,” West told WND. “There needs to be transparency. It is important to get the truth.”
There is also concern, he noted, that military officers still on active duty may be reluctant to testify against their commander-in-chief should the trail of trouble lead back to the Oval Office.
It is obvious that Obama is trying to shut up any nay sayers in the army so that he has enough good little army ants to do his bidding. Obama is clearly trying to further PC our military forces until they are beaten down and wholly ineffective.
Only last week we were treated to a story that revealed that the US Army is all worried that it has too many white officers and its forces don’t “look like America,” which is code for quotas.
So, be ready soon for an army that appoints battle leaders based on the color of their skin instead of their capabilities. And be ready for a lesser military because of it.
